Slohaus welcomes our first of many sessions with Chloe Potter, journalist, yoga teacher, menstruality coach and mother of three.
Chloe is passionate about connecting women to their cyclical nature and helping them to understand their unique flow so they can harness all of their super powers.
This first session with Chloe will be an introduction to menstrual cycle awareness: the truth about your cycle.

Honoring International Men’s Day
Held within the raw elements of Slohaus and surrounded by wood, fire, water, and air, this 90-minute experience invites you to drop from the mind into the body, using the elements as your guide.
Guided by Wiseheart founder Mike, the evening will flow through:
Connection & Breathwork to ground, arrive, and awaken the body.
Cold Plunge, Sauna & Hot Tub to move through resistance and find release.
Closing Ritual to integrate and return to stillness.
This is a space to gather in brotherhood.

A social yet sacred evening and a reminder of the strength found in presence, honesty, and shared experience.
Good Heath Experience
Join us at Slohaus for a 90minute 'Good Health Experience' led by Health and Fitness coach James Griffiths.
James' goal is to share his wealth of mental and physical health knowledge and get England Healthy!
Sharing the benefits of both Sauna and cold plunge plus offering guidance on holistic ways to optimate hormone health, mental and physical health in the modern world.
The Sunday Unwind
Each month, Slohaus invites you to ease into your Sunday with The Sunday Unwind.
A 90-minute journey of movement • nourishment • relaxation.
We’ll begin gently with stretches and guided movement designed to support the lymphatic system—awakening circulation, boosting energy, and releasing tension.
From there, we create space: space to soften, to restore body and mind. Guided breathwork will lead you through optional cold baths, helping you ground and refresh.
To close, enjoy calming herbal tea and fresh fruit in good company.

You’re invited to spend a nourishing, grounding afternoon with Yogahimsa whilst being encompassed in nature at Slohaus.
Commencing with vinyasa yoga practices will center you before leading into the contrast of heat and cold in Slohaus, before completing the afternoon with Nidra practice for complete relaxation.
