The Slohaus Summer Ritual
The Slohaus Summer Ritual
After the success of our inaugural Sunday Ritual, we're gathering once again beneath the trees for a morning dedicated to rest, restoration, and connection.
Join Molly-Anne Chinner for an immersive outdoor experience combining sauna, contrast therapy, and crystal singing bowl sound healing - thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Your morning begins with the warmth of the sauna, allowing heat to gently open the body, improve circulation, and ease muscular tension. As the body softens, you'll be guided through contrast therapy, moving between heat and cold, a practice known to support nervous system regulation, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the release of endorphins, leaving you feeling both grounded and energised.
Afterwards, you'll be invited to pause with a warming herbal tea and a nourishing bite, giving your body space to integrate and settle.
From this grounded place, you'll ease seamlessly into the stillness of a deeply restorative sound bath. Guided by Molly-Anne and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you'll be invited into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind the opportunity to rest, restore, and reset for the week ahead.
Whether you're returning after our first gathering or joining us for the first time, this is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature, warmth, sound, and stillness.
A slow, intentional start to your Sunday.
No experience is needed - simply come as you are.
