The average woman will experience around 450 cycles in her lifetime. Rather than something to ignore or simply endure, the menstrual cycle can become a valuable tool for self-awareness, wellbeing, creativity, and personal growth. Through relaxed conversation and guided discussion, Chloe shares practical insights to help you better understand and work with your cyclical nature.
These conversations also explore the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, helping women better understand the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that can arise during these stages of life. Chloe also shares guidance on supporting your body through everyday rhythms, from energy, mood, rest, and stress, to movement, nourishment, and exercise, helping women feel more connected to themselves and more empowered in daily life.
