As we move into summer, the energy starts to shift.

Longer days. More heat. More movement. Life fully returning again.

This season naturally pulls us outward, but it’s also a powerful time to slow down, reconnect, and ground ourselves through the elements.

Brothers of the Wild is an evening for men to come together in nature - to breathe, reset, connect, and recharge. Hosted by Wiseheart Projects and Slohaus, this gathering brings together breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, conversation, and stillness in a relaxed and welcoming space.  

The evening will include: Breathwork - to settle the mind and wake up the body Cold plunge & sauna - to work with heat, cold, and presence Hot tub - space to connect and unwind together Closing ritual - a simple moment to reflect and land before heading home

 A couple of hours away from the noise.

A chance to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with other men.

 No pressure. No performance.
