Vinyasa Yoga - Wild spa - Nidra Yoga
Your Flow & Slo recharge afternoon will include one hour Vinyasa yoga, one hour spent embracing the elements within Slohaus wild spa and commence with nidra yoga to complete your reset.
You’re invited to move through a slow, steady vinyasa yoga practice inspired by seasonal shifts this September. A grounding sequence, centered on nourishing breath encourages layers of tension to soften, revealing a foundation of ease and deeper connection. Settling in to some Yin postures offers opportunity to let go of the effort and feel just being with our inner experience, nothing to change or fix. Held in nature, we surrender to stillness, guided through a yoga nidra practice for complete relaxation and rest - our own sense of inner wellbeing open to reveal itself.
Herbal tea and fruit will be included to keep you charged and nourished throughout your time with us.
