The Slohaus Sunday Ritual
The Slohaus Sunday Ritual
Experience the magic of sound healing with Molly-Anne Chinner, held outdoors in nature.
You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative experience with crystal singing bowls, a journey designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with the stillness within, surrounded by the trees.
Begin your Sunday morning with the warmth of the sauna, allowing the heat to gently open the body, increase circulation, and soften muscular tension as you start to unwind. As your core temperature rises, blood flow improves and the body begins to shift into a more relaxed state.
You’ll then be guided through contrast therapy, moving between heat and cold - a practice known to support nervous system regulation, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the release of endorphins. This gentle stress-response cycle helps build resilience in the body, leaving you feeling both calm and energised.
Afterwards, you’ll be invited to slow down with a warm herbal tea and a nourishing bite, giving the body a moment to integrate and settle. From this grounded place, you’ll ease seamlessly into the stillness of the sound bath, ready to fully receive the deeper layers of rest and restoration.
From there, you’ll be guided into a second layer of relaxation through sound - settling into a deep state of rest and repair, giving your body and mind the space to reset for the week ahead.
A slow, intentional start to your Sunday.
No experience is needed - simply come as you are.
